Tips to Increase Swing Speed in Golf

Give special attention to the follow through. Remember to maintain the correct position of your body, arms, shoulders and legs at all times. Do this in front of a mirror.
Maintaining constant acceleration, keeping the face of your club squared throughout impact, using the muscles in the legs and trunk rather than in the arms and hands are all effective ways to increase the speed of your golf swing.
